JB helped coach the 2020 NH Lightning 10U team to multiple tournament championship game appearances. JB has been coaching youth softball for almost a decade, from t-ball through Majors. He was part of a coaching staff that took the 8U Capital Area All-Stars to both a New Hampshire State and New England Regional Championship title in 2018. In 2019, he managed the 8U Capital Area All-Stars to victory in the New England Regional Championship. JB has been past president of the Concord National Youth Softball League and currently serves on their Board. He is also involved with volunteering for City Year New Hampshire.

Marc has been coaching youth softball for eight years through the Concord Northeast League. His experience ranges from t-ball through the Majors, where he has honed his skills teaching young female athletes the fundamentals of the sport. He was part of the coaching staff with the Capital Area All-Stars that won the State Championship in 2016, and part of the coaching staff, along with Lightning Head Coach JB Frazier, that won the New England Regional title in 2019. Marc has also coached competitive girls travel basketball through the Boys and Girls Club of Central New Hampshire.

Though his personal athletic experience has been playing competitive ice hockey, Tom has spent years working within the sport of softball at the 10U age bracket, training young female athletes to develop their softball skills, as well as grow their self-confidence and love for the game. He’s coached at both the Babe Ruth All Star and the Recreational level. Tom has head coached for the New Boston Rec Program and has also served on the coaching staff for the Bedford Bulldogs 8U All Star Teams.
